On this International Women’s Rights Day, we’d like to shine the spotlight on Sandrine Marmolejo.
A pioneer at Baobab+ , Sandrine joined the team at the end of 2015 as a VIE, thanks to her unfailing investment and leadership, she has built a solid subsidiary of which she will remain CEO until September 2021.
She then joins the holding team as CXO before being promoted to COO in early 2024. A woman of values, Sandrine puts people and social impact at the heart of her work. She is always ready to listen and accessible, essential qualities for engaging and federating teams across 6 countries.
